RSD Was on Fire… And Then It Was on Fire.

Sales had finally gotten back to pre-Covid levels and new, multi-modality products were in development. Business was great… and then it, literally, went up in flames.

Late Tuesday evening, on May 30, 2023, Radiology Support Devices, Inc. (RSD) experienced an unfortunate natural disaster at its headquarters. A fire erupted and devastated much of the building. Our heroic Long Beach Fire Department worked hard throughout the night getting the fire under control. We are forever grateful for their service!

Thankfully, no one was hurt. That’s what we keep coming back to for peace of mind during this difficult time. 

That said, we regret to inform you that RSD must temporarily shut down production while we execute our disaster recovery plan. With our solutions-oriented mindset, the RSD Team is ready to take on this challenge to return to normal operations as soon as possible and celebrate the positive outcomes – whatever they may be!

For orders that were in production or ready to ship, please understand that RSD will need additional time for fulfillment. We will contact individually you via email with specific order updates.
