Every February, Americans put a month-long spotlight on heart disease as it continues to be the leading cause of death.
In an effort to raise awareness of heart health, RSD would like to share American Heart Association’s common warning signs of a heart attack:
- Pain or Discomfort in Chest
- Lightheadedness, Nausea, or Vomiting
- Jaw, Neck, or Back Pain
- Discomfort or Pain in Arm or Shoulder
- Shortness of Breath
If any of these signs are present, call 911.
