Disaster Recovery Update:
After the Fire
Dear Valued Customer,
In light of the recent warehouse fire, the RSD Team has been tirelessly working to assess damages, meet with inspectors and adjustors, and develop plans to fulfill orders promptly.
Restoration of the warehouse is our number one priority and already well on its way! Our time away from the warehouse has allowed us to identify areas for improved production efficiency and reduced lead times, thereby benefiting all parties. We are determined to bounce back stronger than ever!
To follow is our recovery timeline:
- Mobile offices will be set up this week for on-site work by the leadership team.
- Partial access to the warehouse is expected in approximately three weeks, with full access in about six weeks.
- Upon warehouse re-entry, our specialized teams will take action optimizing the production process, expediting fulfillment, and prioritizing outstanding orders.
We are incredibly grateful for the overwhelming support received from our dealers and end-users during this challenging period. Your partnership, understanding, and flexibility mean the world to us!
