We are excited to share that RSD’s Disaster Recovery Plan is making significant progress!
✓ Mobile offices are now on-site, ensuring continuity in our operations
✓ We have successfully gained partial access to the warehouse
The unfortunate warehouse fire served as a catalyst for introspection, prompting the entire team to analyze our strengths and weaknesses in production efficiencies, work flow, scheduling, and parts inventory. This evaluation has already begun to positively impact our work, promising greater product precision, consistency, and improved lead times once RSD is fully operational again.
As we regain access to the warehouse, the RSD Specialty Team is diligently building an inventory of bones to prioritize outstanding orders and expedite fulfillment.

RSD is taking new orders at this time. While our lead times might be a little longer than usual while we regain full access to the warehouse, we promise they will only get better in the future! As we move forward with determination, RSD is committed to continuously enhancing our services.
